Bill designs funky stuff but prefers to philosophize about urban development and how it all goes to shambles, especially the hipster district Williamsburg, Brooklyn, N.Y. When you're in Williamsburg, look up! You may catch Bill lounging on the balcony of his self-made loft, smoking a cigar in his taut shiny black suit, pink argyle socks and snakeskin loafers while his band "New Crosses's" most recent song blasts from the CD player.
