Policies and Protections
Unused items in saleable condition, purchased from our web store, may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our Customer Service Department for an Umbra Return Merchandise Authorization Number, as you will be required to write this number on the box when mailing it back to Umbra. (Click here for our mailing information.) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the goods, the original method of payment will be credited. Please note that all sale items are final sale.
If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact the Customer Service Department and they will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.
If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to Umbra by the carrier, only the cost of the product will be refunded.
Order cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed and placed. Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy.
If you need to return an item or you have any questions about this policy, please contact our Customer Service Department.
An automatic order confirmation will be emailed to the address you provide. You may also receive other emails about your order. We will not use the email you provide for any other purpose unless you request that we do so.
Umbra is an international company and prices you see in our web store are those set for your country. Please take a look in the bottom top right hand corner of this page to ensure that you are shopping in the correct country. Also, be aware that if you live in one country but are shipping to an address in another country, you must click on the "Country Flag" (symbolized by your countries flag) link to reflect the address being shipped to. We regret that we cannot currently take online orders for every country. You are still welcome to explore our wide range of products for every room in the home and find a retailer near you at our Find a Store page. Many Umbra retailers will ship locally.

- PO # listed on item (if possible) PO # will be located on the bottom of some items or on the barcode label
• This warranty is applicable to private residential customers only, and does not apply to retailers and commercial establishments
• Specially discounted merchandise may not be covered by our warranty

Safe Shopping Guarantee

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act , if your credit card is used without your authorization, your liability for those fraudulent charges cannot exceed $50. So, if someone steals your credit card or your credit card number, your liability is limited to $50 no matter how much the thief charges to your account. If your credit card provider does hold you liable for any part of this $50, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.
We will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at our website while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
