    We are looking for two amazing NAMs for 2 bustling areas: Arkansas, Kansas and Chicago, Illinois or Charlotte, North Carolina.

    What you'll do...
  • Meet, exceed, jump, leap (get the point?) sales and profit growth targets, as well opportunities at existing accounts
  • Grow new branches, deepen roots--i.e.: formulate plans to obtain new sales and protect existing sales.
  • Nurture relationships at all levels, including senior decision makers, within the account
  • Regularly report on progress within account base to Director of Sales and VP Sales
  • Provide data for forecasting group (number of stores, openings, promos, etc.) and regularly update with the team
  • Work and communicate effectively with all support functions including Key Account Coordinators, Customer Service, Forecasting and Operations (including Far East team) to drive sales
  • Know the landscape--collect and communicate competitive information on an ongoing basis. Share best practices with other team members.
  • Analyze and report on POS with key customers utilizing their in-house reporting systems

  • Industry Cred Experience with housewares/giftware would be an asset
  • Leadership Level Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities combined with strong financial management, organizational and analytical skills are essential
  • Tech Savvy: Candidates should have PC knowledge, primarily, MS Word and Excel in a windows environment

    In this role, you will be a strategic business leader responsible for developing a global product strategy and a targeted go-to-market plan. Your focus in this role is to build the Umbra brand globally, drive innovation thinking in the category, maximize sales and deliver profitability. Umbra Category managers must have the capacity to understand global market needs from merchandising to competitive pricing along with the ability to collaborate with multiple departments ranging from Design, Sales & Marketing, Sourcing and Supply Chain logistics.

  • Develop big picture strategic plans for category and execution path to deliver results.
