The Compliance Coordinator role will collaborate with the Sales and Operations department to investigate any customer claims and charge backs.

The details…
  • Responsible for facilitating the set-up of all new key accounts in our master database.
  • Capture, summarize and document all key account special instructions and handling requirements.
  • Organize meetings with select department individuals to review new account requirements in an effort to avoid service failures.
  • Retrieve and investigate all customer compliance claims & chargebacks. (i.e. routing errors, ticketing errors and fill rate failures).

    What you'll do...
  • Meet, exceed, jump, leap (get the point?) sales and profit growth targets, as well opportunities at existing accounts
  • Grow new branches, deepen roots--i.e.: formulate plans to obtain new sales and protect existing sales.
  • Nurture relationships at all levels, including senior decision makers, within the account
