Unused items in saleable condition, purchased from our web store, may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our Customer Service Department for an Umbra Return Merchandise Authorization Number, as you will be required to write this number on the box when mailing it back to Umbra. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the goods, the original method of payment will be credited. Please note that all sale items are final sale.

If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact the Customer Service Department and they will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.

If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to Umbra by the carrier, only the cost of the product will be refunded.

Order cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed and placed. Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy.
