Training

Umbra truly believes that our people are our greatest asset. We put that into action by providing our associates with the tools they need to be even more successful and valuable members of the Umbra team.

We begin with a thorough orientation process to ensure that new associates feel comfortable and well informed from the very beginning of their employment with Umbra. We have also developed a large number of training sessions through our on-site training program, Umbra University. These trainings are for employees of all levels and positions, to ensure that all members of our team have the knowledge to do their jobs to the best of their abilities. These courses are ever-evolving, and we are always adding new training sessions. All Umbra University courses are offered in our state of the art training facility, with full computer, audiovisual, and videoconferencing capabilities.
